I'm partial to Lifeproof for my own electronics but thought I'd give this a try. He really likes the color and the wrist strap is a nice feature. Not too bulky like some Otter Box products I've seen but still provides decent protection. Easy to install. No issues after a few weeks.

Best there is, I guess. Would still recommend as it does work

It does sound like there is a bit of a bigger gap between the screen protector and your touchscreen than we would normally prefer. Hard to open

The only problem with the ipod one is that if you wish to use a charger or adapter that will allow you to use you car radio to play songs you are not able to. The adapter that plugs into the ipod is too short, the case actually gets into the way. The only way to solve this is to remove the ipod fro the case which make the purpose of the case. I suppose i would recommend the product but not if you are using it in a car that doesnt have an ipod adapter already built into the car radio system (say an older vehicle)
