I cannot connect to aux cable in my truck or home stereo. I have to remove it to connect up. really is a bummer. I have otter boxes on my two phones and don't have any issues with them.

I tried to exchange it for another product of equal value but was 5 days past the time limit. Best Buy would not budge. Very disappointed. Wasted $30!

The thickness of the case and the size of the opening for the aux cord did not allow the plug to reach far enough into the ipod and make a connection.

First purchased the LifeProof case and was not pleased with feel and look. Returned and got this model; WAY better. Feels and looks great and offers total protection. Ipod locks into 2-piece hard constructed case, then wrapped with outer flexible case. I like the built in screen protector. Overall a very slick look.
