Great phone

I was previously only an iPhone user, so the switch to a different phone was scary but I love almost everything about it! There is a little bit of a learning curve but once you figure it out it's comparable to the iPhones in a lot of features.

I have dropped it from on top of motorhomes and travel trailers and not even a scratch.

Never has failed me and I will continue purchasing with every new phone I get so long as they make a case.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.(Pixel 3XL) The case was putting pressure on the phone screen, leaving the two bottom corners of the expensive protective glass I bought unable to adhere. Withing 24 hrs the glass broke due to the strain of the curve. I went back the next day to have this corrected. They put a new glass on and put the case back on, same problem... So I had to buy a thinner case to be sure I had screen protection. Also, I bought this with the intention of wireless charging (pixel brand)- it will not work. Charges at about a rate of 2% per hour. When I came into the store the sales clerk had mentioned that it might work on a wireless charger which laid flat so we tried a Samsung on display. Once again we got the 'slow charging' notification. Wireless charging isn't possible with this case.

We're so sorry to hear that this Defender series didn't end up becoming best friends with your Google Pixel 3 XL like we expected! By any chance, were you using this case in conjunction with one of our Amplify or Alpha Glass screen protectors? Unfortunately, since we are unable to test our products with third-party accessories, we cannot always guarantee that absolutely all exposure to risk will be eliminated through the use of our products. Our Amplify and Alpha Glass shields are specifically engineered with the Defender in mind, and we might suggest taking a peek at them going forward!
As for the wireless charging aspect, that particular case was actually tested to be compatible with most wireless chargers. Had you contacted our handy Otters, they would have been more than happy to set you up with a few troubleshooting tricks to fix this, but we also certainly understand your decision to head down a different path.
