Love this case. I have 2 small boys so I need a case that is durable. The sound quality is as good as it is without a case.

The case keeps is the best out there.. Plus at checkout they matched the internet price & I was out of there in 15 mins.

This case has saved my GS4 several times from drops and rain. I've had a lot of cases and I keep coming back to the otterbox ones. They are proven to work time after time. I just wish they weren't so bulky. This one is improved and is a little slimmer then past ones, but I guess for protection it will have to be a little bulky.

Great case for the price at the store. case does fit phone well. I like the cover coming with it and not being separate purchase price. The case is attractive for a man or woman. Does fit in most pocket but not in jeans. seems to be very sturdy and well made..

I would not buy a phone without getting the otter box defender. I've had one for the last three phones I have had. This phone case removes any worry about damaging your phone due to impact damage. It has saved my phone on numerous occasions. I have even started insisting my teenager has one on their phone. Great product!

This is my second case for my s4 the first one fell off the motorcycle at about 70. Phone survived without a scratch case was torn and screen protector scratched but what do you expect.

Great protection for my phone ive had several phones broken in other cases. Im an auto mechanic and have a 3yr old son and drop and hit my phone quite often along with my child likes to use my phone as a frisbee alot....this case has saved my phone numerous times already!! I wouldnt use any other case again.. very durable......

Great protection for your phone. The belt clip is great but is prone to get caught on things and braking.

The Otterbox offers protection from everything but water. My teenage son is hard on phones, but has not been able to damage his Samsung Galaxy with the Otterbox case. The whole family uses them! The new style is a harder plastic and I think it will be more durable because it won't stretch out of shape in your pocket.

I love this thing, It is strong keep my phone screen from cracking when I lean on things when it is in my pocket. I used to drop my phone all the time but now with this it does not slip out of my hand. It is large but I really don't notice it in my pocket anymore than I used too. Expensive but you get what you pay for.

Bought this as a replacement for a case I had that broke. This case appears to be much stronger and more durable.

I have never been sure about an otter box before and my husband talked me into getting one for my new phone! It was the best decision! I have dropped my phone a couple of times and I do not have any scratches, dings, or dents on the phone and no scratches on the screen! I've already gotten the prices worth out of it!

After all of the mechanic abuse...dirt, dropped, dunked, greased, sprayed, etc... The phone still lives

We bought this case for my daughters Samsung S4. If fits really well and seems to protect the phone well also. We were a little disappointed in the choices for colors/design but found one she liked well enough. I need to do a little more research and might upgrade my review but am wondering now if the screen protector is replaceable. Overall though, OtterBox has a great reputation and so far this case is meeting that reputation.

Overall, it is an very good case, that is, until LifeProof or Otterbox creates the Armor series. I've already dropped my phone a few times and don't have a worry while it is in this case. The screen protector is terrible. Should have created it with a stick on screen protector and some type of seal between the plastic case and the screen protector.

I swear y otterbox defenders. This one is even thinner than usual, but just as durable and protective.

Hard shell, soft shell, screen protector, and belt clip. Seemed like an expensive item until realizing what came with it. Downright cheap compared to buying each part piece by piece from some other company. Hopefully I won't need to find out how supposedly durable it is, but I like my chances if I do.
