I only wish it was not so heavy and that it could stand up while being able to view the screen.

It is a good way to protect the phone and use all it's functions. Also comes in assorted colors and styles.

I have a 2 year old son that plays with my phone, he drops it all the time and with this it never hurts it.

I have dropped my phone a few times and this case saved it. It is very tough and can take man handling. I just wish it was easier to take off.I know your wondering why I would need to take it off. I take it off for another case I have when I get dressed up nice and use a pretty and hard protective case.

Overall a great case and clip. Just wish they had a different kind of clip to hold the phone in.

I had purchased a competitor's case which also had a year warranty like the otterbox does, and within 6 months the case was broken. I decided to try the defender instead of messing with the warranty because the company was based overseas. I wish that I would have purchased this in the first place.

I wanted two things when I bought this: protection for the phone and ease of getting it out from my belt pouch. The first is great; the second is lousy. I ended up returning this and getting another otterbox product which only protects the phone and does not clip to my belt.

Protects the phone from another cracked screen, but not compatible with any running armband.

I bought this case to replace another case purchased shortly after the phone. That case was too slippery and wasn't durable enough for my use habits. I've used Otter Box Defender series cases before and this has done a great job of protecting my phone. I did pop out the built in screen protector. I already had a high quality screen protector applied to the screen, and I could not fit the case with both installed.

Love my new case. My only complaint is it doesn't fit perfectly snug at the top where the headphones plug in. I thought about exchanging it for another one in case it was just an issue on this particular case. Sometimes these rubber molds aren't perfect. Never got around to exchanging and decided to deal with it. I'm a little OCD about things fitting perfectly, so this may not be an issue for most people.

Good product that performs as advertised. Recommended for basic protection of your phone.

I bought this after cracking my screen and paying over 70 bucks to have it fixed. Was recommended by a friend who does a lot of physical labor. I only work at a desk all day, but I don't want to worry about dinging my phone. Want to be able to trade it in in a few months for the next great gadget Samsung comes out with.
