price was right. but the front of the case had a scratch on it

Great for phone protection but when is starts to wear replace it rather than dropping your phone, The knob, raised area wears with daily use on the belt.

had seen a video on youtube that the Defender cover would work on a Galaxy S6 Edge. Come to find out its fine except for power key and volume keys do not work. I would recommend this product for S6 only but not for S6 Edge.

My wife adores her Otterbox for iPhone (this is her second one on as many phones) but I wear it on my belt and find the size cumbersome. I've switched to a new, more streamlined case.

I have been using the otterbox defender series on my last 3 phones,& they are the best.They Don't say that they are waterproof,But I forgot my phone outside in the Pouring rain one night & when I picked it up the next day I thought my phone was a gonner. I brought it inside ,wiped it off with a towel & discovered that it was still working like new. I'll never buy a different brand of case again.

A guy at work dropped his phone and ran it over with a fully loaded forklift. The case was damaged, but still functional and the phone survived. I think that pretty much says it all.

I have had Otter Box Defenders for my last three phones, so this purchase was really a no-brainer for me. I know my phone is well protected, and I love the color options offered by Otter Box.

I purchased 2 Samsung S6 phones from Best Buy along with 2 S6 Otterbox defender cases. As soon as I made my first phone call, the person at the other end complained of a horrible echo. I tried calling my wife, who also has an S6 with a defender case and we both heard horrible echo on both phones. I ended up replacing both S6 phones with new S6 phones and put the same defender cases on them. Still have horrible echo. Every person I call hears horrible echo on their end. I removed the cases and the echo almost entirely disappeared. I used to have S4 phones with Otterbox defender cases and never heard an echo. The cases positively cause an echo. I did some research on the internet and found other people who have the same problem with their S6 and defender cases. One person said to leave the 2 bottom flaps opened to cut down on the echo. I tried that and it did help somewhat, but didn't fix the problem completely. I love the Defender cases for their protection and grip, but I can't make phone calls with them on. I wish there was a fix without having to get other cases.

This is my 4th Otterbox case, not because of problems but do to changing phones. These cases are the best I've had. When I was working I needed something that would give me good protection. A co-worker told me about them and That's all I have had since. I have not had any sensitivity issues with the screen. Any problems have been user related. I've also heard that Otterbox's customer service is tops and they will bend over backwards for you on any issues. I recommend these cases to anyone.

I love this case. I had an iPhone 4 before this one with an otterbox defender case on it and that thing was HUGE. This is actually pretty thin, comparatively speaking, and it looks great. The wireless charging works through the case so there really isn't a need to ever take it off unless you want to change it out. You won't regret this purchase.

This case has proven to be very at protecting my phone against being dropped and accidental spills. I would buy again.

This Otterbox cell phone case was exactly what I was looking for. The price was the lowest I have ever seen and the color was perfect. I couldn't have been happier with this purchase.

i like to keep my cellphone to be protected so i invested on this case. it feels and looks sturdy. i also like the color of it, i hope bestbuy would carry more otter box case with design on it aside from the plain colors cases.

I have used Otterbox products for many years, and I always go back to their quality, protection and durability. After two weeks of using this new case with my new Galaxy S6, the screen sensitivity dropped to almost nothing, causing me to press many many times to get one key stroke recognized. I took the phone out of the case, and it works like a dream. I cleaned the screen, the screen protector and reinstalled it -- same issue. My son's identical case and phone? No issues. I have submitted a warranty claim (which requires I pay for shipping and tax), to see if this problem will be resolved. But I can't give the product a higher rating knowing this kind of issue occurs.

I'm sure its a great case for those who have it, but just not my cup of tea. I had an S4 with a Commuter case and loved it, but thought I might try this one with my new S6, but not for me...just seems too bulky. I'll go back to the Commuter

The case does what it's said to do with one exception. It does not hold my S6 phone securely and the phone has fallen out of the case while on my belt four or five times in the last month. FORTUNATELY it did not happen while riding my motorcycle or the phone would likely be toast. My old phone slipped into the holster but tis one is attached with a clip which makes it more difficult to remove and allows it to fall out. I am on line now looking for a better case like my old one (S4) where the phone slipped into case from the end and NEVER once fell out.

Phone case fit my Samsung Galaxy S6 perfectly. Only problem is the belt holster can't be removed without just not using the outer layer.

I purchased the Otterbox Defender case last Friday for my Samsung Galaxy S6. I placed the phone in the case and noticed moisture build up between the Samsung Galaxy screen and the Otterbox screen. I exchanged the Otterbox for a new one. Yesterday, I purchased a new Otterbox and noticed the same problem again. I had moisture built up inside the case. I am very disappointed in the case. I do not know what to do. I paid a lot of money for it.
