The grey/white case was on sale for $24.95 & is actually prettier than the black one; which was not on sale might I add. But I feel that I made the right choice for the amount of $ I was willing to spend on a case. Outterbox has always been my first choice for cases. Love my grey case! It's just so darn pretty!

Yes, they are very protective for your phone but don't ever buy a light coloured silicone because it always magically stains around the edges with some black color and there's no way to get rid of it or avoid it. Plus Otterbox won't send you a free replacement now without paying a fee.

We’re sorry that your Defender is getting discolored and that you are not a fan of the $4.99 shipping and handling fee for warranty replacements. We always suggest cleaning our products using mild soap and water (never with abrasive or corrosive cleaners that may damage the case). If this doesn’t clear things up, please feel free to give our color-conscious Otters a call at 1-855-419-7417, and we’ll be more than happy to set you up with a warranty replacement to bring back the brilliant colors! Typically the warranty is set up to replace an OtterBox with the same color but we can make exceptions in situations like yours if you would like to try a different shade.
