The clip part of the case has no hole for the camera lens therefore you have to take that section off before you use the camera. The cover over the charging port and headphone jack port are a waste that over time stretch that part of the case.

We're sorry to see that you're feeling slightly disappointed by the Galaxy S8 Defender series! Our belt clip holsters have never included any sort of hole for the camera lens, as we feel typically, people will un-clip their device from the holster to use the phone. That being said, we'll be happy to pass this idea along to our product design team for future consideration!
As for the charging and headphone port covers, the rubber flaps are designed to protect these essential ports from and dirt and debris. If you find that yours becomes stretched after time and use, please keep in mind that we are always happy to replace any damaged products under our warranty.
