I rarely drop my phone and never on concrete but the plastic shell broke within a year. The rubber outer shell has held up but still, overall poor quality for such a leader in their industry.

There should be a way to turn the holster around to a horizontal position - that way, the holster goes sideways and stays out of the way of any ribs!
