Another new phone and another new otterbox defender case. Goes hand in hand. Love the newer version without plastic screen protector. The case is still awesome as it offers great protection.

This case keeps my phone protected and crack free! This is a model that doesn't have a screen cover, so I also purchased a gorilla glass screen protector. The two work excellently together!

Good case for every day use. Helps grip the phone better than with out.

Very high quality materials fits the phone great. Because the phone has infinity screen this case does not have the clear screen protector like the s7 case would. Gave it a 4 star because i am having issues fiting a screen protector with the case.

I work in the construction business and I was worried that the case would not work to protect my phone, throughout the workday. However, the case fits snug and protects from falls.

Great case not to thick haven't dropped phone yet. But feels safe screen isn't protected like my previous otter boxes so if it falls on screen it probably would not be a good outcome

I am an avid Otter box fan! I have had an Otterbox in every phone I have ever owned. It's a good investment for protection of an expensive phone. But....they get points deducted because someone thought that making them with out screen protectors would be a good thing. Imo, it's not! For the first time, I don't feel like my Otterbox is completely protecting my phone. I also feel that the price was too high for a product that, imo, is incomplete. You have to purchase a seperate screen protector now plus the otter box! That is a lot of $$$$$. I would recommend but with extreme caution and be ready to spend extra $$ for the case AND a seperate screen protector.

Haven't had this too long, but so far so good. I have dropped my phone a couple times with no breaks or scratches. I am concerned about the screen scratching however. The sides don't seem to come up far enough to cover the screen.

I love the case. It fits perfectly and the clip seems to be pretty strong and holds on pretty tight. Like any otter box you get a great quality case. Also with otter box you also pay an obnoxious price for a few pieces of plastic.

Was a bit scared to buy another Otterbox after the last one scratched my phone under the cover (so frustrating) but this one so far hasn't thank god! It's very functional although a bit bulky but it's worth it to protect the phone.

We have bought Otterbox Defenders cases for our past 3 or 4 phones. Great protection! Now Otterbox does not come with a screen protector like they have previously, that sucks!

Have been buying the defender outterbox case for the past five or six years for my phones. Even so the cases are pretty pricey they are well worth it. So happen to buy the case at bestbuy this year and they actually had a sale going on, best price i have paid for this case yet.

I really like the change otterbox made removing the screen from the defender. I feel like the phone still add the protection it needs but it still has a little grip to the hold.

Otterbox cases are great protection for drops. Also, use the belt clip often for easy carry. Have had one on my phones for 15 yrs.

Love this case. I have no fear if I drop my phone. Kind of a pain to remove, but since there is no removable battery in this phone, there really isn't a need to pop the case off. Could have some better color combos, but still wouldn't buy any other brand to protect my phone.

This is a perfect fit for the s8+, however, it doesn't include screen protection like some otterboxes. It's because of the beveled screen. There is a separate glass piece you can purchase to cover the glass on the screen though.

This case is easy to install, has sleek lines and looks great with the phone. It also fits well even with a curved glass protector added to the screen on the phone.

I have used Otterbox Defender cases for years and they really protect the phone. My only complaint about this model is that because my S8+ has a curved screen, the Otterbox doesn't have any protection of the front.
