Poor Quality, Cracked around the camera/fp scanner

The case still looks new and works fine, its just very disappointing knowing its not perfect. Otterbox charges $6 shipping for Warranty claims and must be paid before you can even file a claim. Occasionally, the rubber silicone on newer cases can be a little stubborn at first, which can make the ports more difficult to access. However, after some consistent use over time, the rubber should relax and become more comfortable. Before you know it, you should be using that charging flap with ease!
