The Otterbox brand is very expensive while there's off-brands for 1/3 of the price and that has kickstand on case. I like the extended sides of the case because I don't touch side of screen.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this is a three piece case. 2 plastic that click together and one softer rubber over that. the commuter was a 2 piece case, soft near the phone and a hard protective case. the Defender has the hard part against the phone. the buttons for volume Bixby and off/on are very hard to press with this case. it may cost me an extra 50 bucks to change, but am seriously considering.

The rubber on the buttons can be stiff at first, and does tend to loosen up over time.
