Looks rugged enough. The clip-on is useful to protect the screen from scratches. I bought this on sale; otherwise, I would consider the price too expensive for what you get.

Absolutely loved this case. It help up to multiple drops and didnt crack under pressure. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who is a bit clumsy

Case is too thick and will not work with wireless charging device which was a must have for me. Case seems to protect phone well

The Otterbox Defender IMO is the best case on the market for someone who carries their phone with a holster. Solid protection against drops as well as dirt and dust.

I recently upgraded my S7 Edge to the S8 Edge Plus, and my Oculus head set to accommodate the USB C connector. Display is great, and ran cool the whole time.

Had otter box for all my previous cellphones and they have never let me down. Wish there was a screen protector that fit while I had my case on my device.

Needed something to protect my new phone until the case I wanted was available to buy.....does great job of protecting phone, nice texture, and like color options.

Phone and transition were easy. Apps were cumbersome in transition as some have changed and become more cumbersome to use with more marketing added to the process.

I've used Otter Box Defender for several years with Samsung Galexy phones 4 thru 8. The main issue I have is the clip breaks often, the plastic used could be stronger, I have replaced several clips over the years.

I love everything about this phone! I gave 4 stars ONLY because there is nowhere in the settings to calibrate the touch screen, and mine seems to be off a bit. Otherwise, this is by far the best phone i have had

Absolutely perfect! Got it super fast! Was unable to find in stores do to new phones coming out. Love that I can still get it and get it fast!

One of the best phones I've had in a long time and I've been a galaxy note person for years. Battery life is great can get about three days out of a battery.

This cover not only protects the phone from drops but also protects the camera when you lay the phone down as the camera is flush with the phone back cover.

I went through many cases for my last phone the Samsung 5 and so far this case has been great. Otter cases are usually bulky but this design is much better.

As always the Otter box defender series is are well built cases for those who don't mind it's bulky size. My only problem with this case it's that it does not come with a screen protector built-in for the S8+.

This phone exceeds my expectation. I've been a galaxy fan for about 6 years now and this is the best phone I've owned. Fast. Great screen, great pics and big.

I work construction and can be rough on phones and these cases are great cus my phone has never broke with one on it and they have been through alot

I have used OtterBox on my last three phones and have had the piece of mind of not worrying about damage. I have dropped before and nothing happened at all.

This is a pretty good case. Not too bulky had a sleek look without that old other ox look., and clip fits both front and back of phone.. Good buy.

Some cases make the buttons unresponsive. This case has everything well placed so all the buttons are easy to use. Plus I love having a holster!
