We understand how upsetting this must be, and we are disappointed that this recent experience does not reflect the commitment that we have to providing the best protection possible to limit such frustrating outcomes.
We test the Defender extensively to ensure that it provides maximum protection, but unfortunately, every fall is subject to unique circumstances, some of which are beyond our control, and we are unable to guarantee that absolutely all risk will be eliminated through the use of our products. Even without the integrated screen protection, the Defender is still an extremely protective unit, with multiple layers to ensure maximum security. While the Commuter is more pocket-friendly with a hard outer shell, the Defender incorporates a thicker rubber outside, giving it a bit more traction.
