This case is very protective. I did add a screen protector since Otterbox doesn’t make one yet to fit the curved screen of the Samsung Galaxy. My phone is pretty secure.

I love the Otterbox case, first class. I just wish the case offered more screen protection. Still, Otterbox offers the best cases! Gray over blue...just a great two tone case!

Very good case! Withstands my 5 month old's swinging hands and need to gum on everything. Have dropped it face down and still working and uncracked. Price matched too!

This is a great case if you are a little rough with your phone. We have bought this same case a few times for different grandchildren and it has been a lifesaver!

Can't go wrong with Otterbox. Love the protection it provides for my phone. I've never had a phone damaged with an Otterbox on it, and I think it looks pretty great, too!

Would not choose any other case than this. You pay hundreds of dollars for a good phone. Now you need to protect it. Been using otter box for ever now . Best I've ever had.

Expensive phones need preservation! Always an OtterBox! You will be protected! Its all i use! This item does exactly that. Protects expensive phones!

This case adds some protection though not the best. My main complaint is that fully installed (there are two steps to fitting the two part case) it does not always allow my fast charger to work.

I have been using Otter box on all my phones and they are incredible. After dropping phones from 4' numerous times there has never been any damage. Highly recommended!

This is an Excellent case for Samsung 8 it has a great feel, is thin,and works great.I have dropped the phone several times already now and the protection is superbe .

Its an otterbox what more can i say. Im a mechanic so my phone see's alot of abuse and the defender had always saved me. Always my first purchase with a new phone

Read too many horror stories about dropped phones that break. The phones are real expensive. Protecting them is not. This protects the device. Will never go without it.

Always have protection to ur phone. Have not dropped it yet but it’s look pretty durable. Little bulky but at least my phone is safe. Safety is my priority

I am a big fan of Otter Box phone cases, They provide excellent protection and I have never really had an issue with any that I've owned.

This phone case provides good protection for my Galaxy S8. It is, however, bulky, but considering the size of the phone itself, I'm not sure it could be any less bulky and still provide the protection.

this is a real nice case. the only problem i felt is taking it off since it is a 2 part case but i can live with it. buy it definitely to PROTECT the phone. do NOT need the screen protector with it.

This is my second Otterbox phone case. Although the price is a bit high, the case worth it because I dropped my phone few times and the case kept the phone from damage.

With most phones being water resistant or near waterproof cases like this can focus solely on being more impact resistant. And it doesn't look bulky on phone too.

I used an Otterbox with the S7. That phone had a flat front screen. I was always calm even when I dropped it because I knew it was surrounded by the Otterbox. This S8 has a curved screen & I was freaked out. "WHAT IF I CAN'T BUY AN OTTERBOX FOR IT?" But I was relieved when I seen an Otterbox 4 this S8. Although this 1 doesn't completely cover the entire phone, I was reassured by a tech professional. Apparently the tests run on the screen of this phone more than sufficiently demonstrated the durability of this phone's screen. So I've enjoyed this Otterbox as much as the last!

Solid protection for my cell phone, exactly what I wanted to prevent catastrophic damage. The clothespin type clip is nice to keep phone from lodging in a deep pocket.
