This OtterBox is a beast. I've dropped my S8 a few times, and I'm not proud of that. But OtterBox is on the case; pun intended.

The phone case has superior protection from bumps and drops. It also has a holster so you can carry your phone attached to your belt.

I work in construction so I need a durable case for my phones. This one is very durable but bulky. It comes with a clip which helps but I typically like to keep my phone in my pocket.

Really protects my phone from dropping it. However. It does increase the overall size of the phone and therefore you are unable to use the belt clip that comes with the phone.

Love the defender without the screen protector! I was able to use my own for that. Gives great protection and allows full access to the infinity screen.

After purchasing the new Samsung S8 I wanted the perfect case for it and it turned out the Otterbox Defender is just the case with rugged protection.

Protects without loosing style of function. Does not have a front cover like older versions, but works well with the edge to edge design of the new S8.

Nice sturdy case, not too bulky..good case! It keeps the dust and dirt out , but you can access the charger and headphone ports easily!

Great case however if you don't always wear it on your hip, save a few bucks and go with the less expensive model that doesn't come with the belt clip.

Must have to protect my boyfriend's phone. He drops is constantly but this has protected it for years.

I have drop my cell phone several time and had to send out to get a new one . now that I have a case protector I am so much happier now.

This case is great! I drop my phone a lot and this case can take it. Also great for every day wear and tear without being too bulky.

I've used otterbox phone protectors on this as well as my last two phones they have worked very well through many drops on concrete etc.

I love my Otter Box case. For my last phone I got the Lifeproof case, but this time it was the Otter Box and I'm not sure I would go back.

Would not be without this OtterBox. Phone fell from a chair and was good as new after fall, no damage.

This is a strong case that protects my son's new phone. I worry that my teenager will damage his phone. This case really helps put my mind at ease.

Bought this case for my Samsung Galaxy S8. It has been great at protecting my phone from drops. I would always recommend Otterbox products.

The otterbox case is a necessity for anyone with a current cell phone that are outrageously expensive. Protect your investment with an otterbox!

these are awesome cases I have one for my S7 and now my sons S8 I had my S4 in one for several years and when I traded it in it looked like new.

better than average protect, just needs a better and stronger ability to hold the phone to holster. if do not clip hard can fall out
