    I have had some problems with proper attachment between the phone case and the belt clip. Sometimes the two are not totally secure resulting in the phone falling out. I have had both the belt clip break and the case coming apart. However, Otterbox has replaced both wilthout any hassle. Only had to pay for S&H which was $6 and $8.

    Loved my Samsung S5 so much was upset when it quit working recently. However upgrading to the S8 has not required me to learn how to operate the phone as it's very similar to the S5. What was even more important was the service I received from Ryan the Best Buy Sales employee. Ryan went above and beyond in helping me determine whether to fix my S5 or to upgrade and he didn't push me to upgrade.
