Sorry to hear that this Defender series doesn't seem to be checking all of your boxes! The decision to precede without the built-in screen protector on this version was intentionally made in order to provide full device functionality for your Galaxy S9. We predicted that any sort of integrated screen shield might cause hindrance with touch sensitivity, which could impact your overall interaction with the phone.
