I’ve utilized OtterBox products for many years. And I’ve never had any problems with the hard shell cases for any cell phone or iPhone models I’ve owned. The only issues I’ll say is that the hinge pins of the locking clip in the belt clip holster (now sold separately) can, at times, break, when trying to stand your phone upright on any solid surface top. And that can become inevitable with very excessive prolonged 2 to 3 years usage. Other than that issue the overall usage reliability goes way past a 10 out of 10 for me. Whether I’m walking anywhere, sitting at some kind of an event, or cleaning at my home, the OtterBox Defender series case for my current iPhone 15 Pro Max delivers what I need. Also, as an added bonus from OtterBox to us, I cannot ever get enough of the Defender Series Pro XT Hard Shell clear case. It looks and feels much slimmer while still protecting my phone, and completely allowing me to comfortably see my cell phone’s color.

I’m very pleased with OtterBox defender Pro Hard shell for iPhone case protection. It provides excellent durability and stability made from lightweight materials so doesn’t feel heavy! My iPhone fits like a glove and is now well protected from hard drops.

Otterbox cases are a standard for me and my families cell phones. They offer excellent protection, ease of use and great functionality. It’s nice, just having the peace of mind that your phone is encased in a high level of protection.

Great protective cover if you are in construction. I work in the drywall trade and this cover works well for my phone especially when I drop it. The warranty on this was also great as I had to get it replaced by Otter box once when the rubber started stretching.

Straight up the case you’re needing! You want high trade in value 1 year after you get your phone? Keep this case on paired with any screen protector and your phone is nearly 100 scratch protected photos are after about 1 year

Protects phone, but I have had problems charging it with MagSafe charger and nightstand charger.

Nothing compares to otter box! It’s the only way to go especially inside industrial setting. It’s built tough, the way it should be!!!

What an amazing product. I purchased my brand new IPhone 15 Pro Max, walked out of the store and drove straight to Best Buy to purchase the OutterBox Defender Series Pro Hard Shell and put my phone right into it. Excellent phone case, I only use Otter Box on my phones, it’s trusted and keeps my phone safe, even if it’s dropped by accident or a tumble off the table. It’s safe. Definitely recommend this product.

This is the case I bought and have stuck with over the years on every phone I’ve bought. Protects from drop and the back from scratches. Everyone’s situation is different but I’ve dropped my phone many times with this case and never cracked a single screen.

There is no better protection for your IPhone. I would recommend this product 100%. As added protection I would install a screen protector. I have dropped my phone several time and have never damaged it.

I’ve been using OtterBox Defender iPhone cases for many years and for the most part have been reasonably happy with them and support from OtterBox. This one is does a good job and is slimmer than the more rubbery Defender on my iPhone 8 Plus.
