I've dropped my phone many times and not once did the phone crack or have damage. NOT WATERPROOF!! The case is ecellent for dust and dropping.

My old phone went back years ago, but Galaxy 5 wow . love the phone, again once I played around with it. what a difference between the years, it easy to access the internet, love the different pictures for texting, love the large screen.

I have had several otter box cases and I have put them through the paces. The clips are somewhat weak, but they have a warranty and will replace it worth ease. I have recommended it to several people Ann they are now of the same opinion.

Substantial case giving maximum protection for this cellular phone.

This is a good case for those people that have high maintenance jobs. It protects your case and it fits great in the holster. It is a bit bulky but that is over shadowed by the security of how well it protects the phone.

I've had several cases for various phones but I'm sold on this one. Everything is perfect. I just wish headphone jack was more use able, most plugs won't go in far enough. To be fair I've had this problem with most cases

It was pretty expensive at best buy on eBay it's much cheaper but I didn't want to wait so best buy it was glad I bought it tho. My ohone had been thrown half a block and phone didn't break so 16 thumbs up.

Excellent product. Good screen protection, soft rubber case protects the phone. A bit pricey, but a quality product.

the OtterBox - Defender Series Holster Case for Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Cell Phone is a good case that protects well, but the bad is the screen which immediately get rainbow marks and totally dirty and dusty underneath. Love case, hate screen, so returned.

The flexible material for the ports is starting to look curled up after months of use, but this case works. It's been dropped, kicked, thrown by a tantrum toddler, skidded across the dashboard of the car into the window and the phone is fine. I manage to get cat hairs and dust in the ports and wiggled under the screen protector at the home key, but removing the phone once a month and wiping everything down does a good job of keeping it clean.

I like the case because it is not too bulky and it is not hard to use my phone with the case being on it.
