Otterbox case for Samsung Galaxy S9+

I have small hands and sometimes it's difficult to get a good grip on things. It was a bit tricky to get it on the phone. Glad their website explained how to do it, as I would not have figured this out on my own. I like the covers for the ear bud and power connections. Makes the phone more water resistant.

Very nice phones.

Nice to have updated phones with more memory especially since I use my phone for work. However, we were told by Best Buy employee we would be able to get credit for our old phones when we send them back to Verizon. Verizon said our old phones ( J3 '6') didn't qualify. The employee, who was otherwise very knowledgeable, knew the make of our old phones so I think he should have known we wouldn't get any credit for them. ( getting credit for them was one of the deciding factors for us) Overall, we are happy with the phones.
