Sturdy but.....

The outer portion is a thicker rubber that can provide protection from falls. The inner is a hard plastic that the outer rubber clings on to. The waist clip is horrible and I have no idea who would wear something that huge and bulky on their waist. That clip is hideous and can be eliminated to bring the cost of the functional (not fashionable) portion of the protector down.

Very sturdy and solid. I had one for my S8+ and the rubber had to be replaced twice because it was losing shape. Have used this one for a few months and so far so good.

I've dropped my phone several times and not even a scratch. The case is so tough it's not even damaged. I've protected several of my phones with Otterbox cases and will continue to do so.

Awesome!

I took a look at their newer models, and found this one. It's still bulkier than I wanted. But! If you want to protect your phone, this is the least bulky one I could find, and it still be effective.
