Cheaply made

This OtterBox is not a great product at all, because is cheaply made and cracks because of the littlest things. In addition 2 Skin cracking OtterBox decided not to add the screen cover as a part of the phone case bad news. You have to buy a second glass covering which shatters very easily if you drop the phone, which means you have to buy another one not cheap this case sucks

Much less than I expected

Most of the functuons I want on my Gear 3 do not work now. No text or call notifications. Can't answer calls. Samsung Tech Support is useless. Four calls and several hours later, my stuff still doesn't work as well as it did with my 4 year old Motorola. If you are an Android fan I suggest going with a Moto or Google. Samsung missed big with the S9.

I needed to use two both hands to remove the phone from the holster. I used it for two days and removed the phone from the unit. I had to order a different one online similar to my old holster and now don't have any problems.
