She said the only down falls are that it takes awhile to break in and when something is plugged into the headphone jack, it doesn’t stay. Aside from that, she said she loves it.

I know there are cases that don't take up as much space for the S9+, but maybe they don't protect the phone as well either. I feel my phone is protected with the Otter case.

Not sure if any case would have prevented that from happening. Leaned against a steel block at work in such a way, that it smashed the glass over the camera lense.
