Its seems built well and high quality though enjoy the grip on it

We're sorry for any frustration with your Defender Series case! We'll be sure to get your feedback about the pen port passed up the ladder. As for wireless charging, we do suggest using the wireless chargers recommended by the device manufacturer, as those are the ones we test our cases with. Additionally, if you have a case that allows you to charge in a vertical stand orientation, we recommend only charging your phone in the flat orientation, because that lines things up a bit better.
