Has good grip and the belt clip helps when pant's pockets are jot big enough

Not quite as good as previous models but still beefy enough to protect my phone. And of course it doesn't include the screen protector anymore either.

I have used Otter Box for my last 3 phones and all have performed well. I did have a S9+ display failure after a drop but there was no screen broken. It was a hard drop on asphalt. Samsung warranty was great. The only problem I have ever had would be the belt clip breaking. One time it was under warranty and the next time I was getting ready to replace phone anyway.

Great case to protect your cell phone. Belt clip also can be used as a stan.

ok, so my phone was on top of my car while I was driving about 20-30 mph. the rubber backing of case held the roof through about 3 turns. then when I accelerated it fell to ground while driving. My screen was shattered but phone in tact. minimal damage to case. :)

I really like the cover. It serves the purpose well, whether I have it in the clip on my belt or in my pocket. I had the same style cover with my previous phone, so I was very familiar with how well the cover served its purpose. That's why I wanted to get the same cover for this phone I have now. I am an extremely happy customer of this product!!!

Our Sales consultant Nathan was absolutley amazing! We went in to look at Microwave options and planned on shopping around at other retailers. To be honest we were not expecting much as far as cusromer service since our past visits have been dissapointing and lead to a non sale. During this visit we were greeted at the door and were asked if we needed assitance. I declined immediae help since I wanted to browse at my own liesure first. When i was ready I walked a few steps and was greeted by Nathan. Nathan dove right in and asked great questions and made sure we were aware of all our options Nathan explained the total tech program making it easy to undertstand. I bought this to protect my new Note 10+ this case is amazing it protects the phone very well and also works well with dome glass screen protector it's an amazing case the only down side is that it adds a lot more to the phone lots of bulk but if that is no problem I would recommend this case

I’ve had an Otterbox defender for every single device be owned. Yes it’s bulky! But for $1200+ price tags that we pay for our phones I’d much rather have a heavy protective case, then to keep showing off the device with a cheap case and replacing screens and phones. I need FULL QUALITY NO HASSEL COVERAGE and that’s what keeps me coming back!

Great case, love these. Upset they get rid of built in screen protector and still charge same price and now you have to pay for that, too.
