No screen protector, edges obstructed, guarantee s

I am miffed that this top-of-the-line case option has no screen cover (as previous ones did). That being said, the Note 10 is snug as a bug in a rug, so unless it takes a direct hit to the screen, it'll be safe. Two other complaints: 1) the case interferes with touch access to the phone edges, particularly the rounded sides. 2) This is a carry-over gripe from my Note 5 case- Otterbox will discontinue manufacturing this model's case when stores stop selling the Note 10. Their "lifetime" guarantee will only be honored so long as their inventory holds out. So, if your case breaks a year of two after you buy it, and they've liquidated their inventory to some reseller, they will not stand behind their replacement guarantee. You'll just have to purchase a new case. In such circumstances, one would think that Otterbox would do something to make things right for their customers (like a credit towards the next case you buy from them), but they won't.
