First otterbox ive owned and im very pleased. Additionally, i ordered with in-store pickup in Joplin Missouri and everybody in that store was exceptional to deal with. Everybody was very helpful, and seemed happy to be there. I havent been in best buy in a long time but that experience made me wanna go back.

Big and bulky
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This case is big, bulky and expensive. I gave it a try and promptly returned it. The spen catches the case and it pealed my screen protector up in the corner. Not impressed for the $60+ it costs.

Otterbox Defender case design flaw
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just bought this case for my new Note 9 & right away noticed a weird design flaw not present in any other Otterbox I've owned.The little flange that covers the charger port at bottom of phone opens UP making it not user friendly. It's hard to hold the little plastic piece up while simultaneously inserting the charger-HELP!

We would recommend using a standard Samsung fast charger in the horizontal (or landscape) position to get the best results for charging wirelessly with the Defender.
