I recently purchased the Note 9, which was not inexpensive to say the least so protection was important to me. I went with this case given my past experiences and it has not disappointed. It is sleek and light but also battle tested. I actually dropped my phone within 2 weeks and the case completely protected it and it shows no signs of the mishap.

Otterbox always make a good product but wish they would go back to the built in screen protector. The price stayed the same when they changed to case only.

So far this case has been great. It is not bulky, but provides ample protection for my Note 9.

The OtterBox - Defender Series Pro Case for Samsung Galaxy Note9 - Black is a good phone protector. I have not dropped my phone since I bought the protector but I am sure it will protect it better than the previous one I had. The previous protector from another brand did not protect my phone and it has a slight crack. It is hard and sturdy and should work well for the the life of the smartphone.

This case is worth the money. I've dropped my Note 9 three times on various surfaces with no damage to case or my device. My only issue is there is no way to use as a stand. I will say at the gym it clips easily to the treadmill which is nice! But outside of that I use my phone to play media a lot of the time and without a stand it makes that experience less enjoyable. Overall, good investment to protect your device.

If you're looking for a case for you Note 9, you will be satisfied with this Otterbox Defender Pro. The only issue this case has is that after about a year of use it really shows the wear on the case, but that's not a problem because of Otterbox's lifetime warranty. I'm extremely satisfied with this case

This is a great product that's easy to install. It products the phone all the way around.

The OtterBox protects the phone very well. However, OtterBox has gotten cheap and stopped supplying the screen cover/protector with the case.

This is a very sturdy case and doesn't add as much bulk to my phone as in previous iterations... My only complaint is, NO SCREEN PROTECTION.

My last Otterbox Defender did not protect my phone when it was driven over...as the frame of the phone got bent and it was deemed non-repairable. However, my son's was also driven over when he dropped it in the street on a walk and his only needed a new screen. They are expensive cases and bulky but accidents happen and you carry your phone with you more than any other item you own.
