I've seen many bad reviews over this phone case. In my opinion its a great buy. It is one of the best phone cases out there and has saved my phone countless times already. I personally would rather put a tempered glass protector any way.

This case has great protection for the phone but wish it had screen protection with it.

Well cell phone are so expensive and I never purchase a phone without purchasing a protective case. I purchased another otter box because they have earned my loyalty from past purchases. AS I have had clip or other things go wrong or break and they replace if for free with a minimal shipping fee.

I purchased this case with my new Galaxy Note 9. On the second day that I had it, my phone had unclipped itself from my belt and dropped to the pavement and bounced several times with no damage or scratches to the new phone! I now feel for my phone before getting out my car to prevent a repeat!

I love these cases, but yet like most anything we buy as consumers it's just yet another over priced item that the price stays jacked up because they know we for the most part need it. The sad part is they keep the price really high even though they stopped producing them with built in screen protection.

If you have a high end phone, an OtterBox case is a must. This case will give you confidence that your phone is protected from accidental damage. It cradles your phone without sacrificing usability, include the edge capabilities of a Samsung phone. This case is worth every penny.

I know many people are going to say that these cases are too bulky and I agree 100%. However, although I hate the fact that the case is so big I would not buy a phone without it. I usually keep my phones for a couple of years and whenever it is time for a new one when I take off the case the phone always looks like it just came out of a new phone box. Without question it is well worth it!

I like this OtterBox more than the older ones with the plastic screen. It isn't as bulky and unwieldy as their older cases. After breaking my last Note 8 with a lesser case, I'm convinced that a case like this would have saved me the cost and aggravation of buying a new phone.

This is my third one. I get a new one with each new phone. I will say though that my last phone did crack the face even though it had the case on at all times. I'm not sure exactly when it happened but I found the crack in the bottom left corner. I always keep the case on my phone.

This is a great case that is sturdy and will protect your phone. It's a little bulky as with most Otter Box case, but having an expensive phone, I would rather have bulky and protected than slim and broken from one fall. It also has the rubber exterior which is great for grip!

Tough enough, clip does not snap into belt clip tight enough, no screen protector

I love this case. I've dropped my phone multiple times and no problems so far. The case has multiple layers. It doesn't cover the case portion so if you drop it onto the glass with like a rock, it could crack the glass. That wouldnt happen with a flat surface bcs the case is thick.

I like the cases ability to protect the phone. My favorite part is the belt clip.

After spending so much for the newest phone I do not want to have any accidents. I have used otter box case in the past with other phones and never had issues with dropping the phone. This case is more bulky than others but gives you peace of mind! Defiantely recommend otter box!

I cannot remember the last time I had a phone without a otterbox case on it. I'm fairly rough on my phone and by far otterbox has protected my devices with no problems. Great product will absolutely save your device.

Always depend on extra protection, especially with the price of phones these days and the Otter box is one of the best that i have used. Even after wrapping phone with this, still small enough to fit in pockets no matter where I go. Cannot go wrong with this.

Good protection from drops and bumps. Kind of bulky.

I never have a phone without an OtterBox case. It has saved my phone so many times. And when I do take the case off just to clean my phone is still brand new under. I love the case and the protection it provides
