so far so good, but no screen. it has survived a few minor drops so far.

I've always used OtterBoxes for my mobile devices because I find them to be the best protectors on the market. I'm not a huge fan of the bulky feel but I am grateful that I was able to find one to fit my device in one of my favorite colors, purple.

My first case lasted for a year of pure abuse. I am a mechanic by trade. My phone is on my hip always. The case protects the screen in almost any drop I have done to the phone. The weak point was the belt clip. That broke so I had to get a new case.

This is my 3rd Otter Box case and I've never damaged a phone protected by the Defender. Otter Box much quicker with cases for new phones. Used to have to wait weeks after phone release. Drawback: No longer has protective shield for screen. Screen is more vulnerable.

This case is excellent and very rugged. It protects your Note9 like no other. My only gripe is that since it's so thick it doesn't work on all wireless chargers. If Otterbox could get their cases to be rugged plus have the capabilityblity to wireless charge they would get a 5 star rating.

Great case, protects phone from everything. Expensive but worth it.

While the Defender Pro is great for the protection of the phone, it makes wireless charging nearly impossible and therefore takes away one of the greatest values of most current phones. It needs to be slightly thinner on the back so that wireless charging isn't lost.

I'm a clumsy person who constantly drops everything. This Otterbox Defender case is awesome. I've only had it for a week and it has saved my brand new Galaxy Note9 phone from so many drops already. It has more than paid for itself the 1st day I got it

The style is a bit different than I am used to, but true to form I feel confident my phone will last many falls and flops with the classic Defender protection. It doesn't have the plastic guard I'm used to, which is why I bought a screen protector.

I absolutely have fell in love with this device and even got my mom to get one. The size of the device is perfect! A stylist that is a selfie stick NO Way!!!! It makes taking pictures with a new born a piece of cake now. The camera is crisp and sharp! I get many compliments on the amount of detail this phone has. Soooooo many features too. I was shocked taking a selfie and seeing a flash. MY MOUTH DROPPED as I always wanted that feature. Promos are instant rebates at Best Buy unlike Corporate stores. Battery is great and the longer you use it the more it builds and knows your history so it can strengthen it's ability to go longer. Storage is amazing going from 32GB to 128GB. The phone is everything I wanted 4 years ago and walked out feeling like Samsung really really listened to the market when I got this device.

I work in the field and I Alway use a Otter box Defender case on my phones. Learned my lesson a long time ago. Have not broken any of my phones with an Otter box Defender case on them.

The OtterBox Defender Series Pro case has a solid feel and gives you confidence that your phone is secure from accidental damage. Contrary to the description, it does not come with a built in kickstand, but it is a great case even without one.

It protects very well but it lifts up the screen protector.

I won't lie... I've had my shares of accidentally dropping my phone, but then again, who hasn't. Having a phone protective case... especially from this name brand with lifetimewarranty... it's worth paying for.

The OtterBox cases have been my go-to cases for such a long time. This was extremely important as they no longer have the front protector for the Samsung Note 9. It does not stretch out and I really feel my device has good protection.

It's easy to use and it looks good, it's sturdy and simple.

I have always trusted my phones to Otter boxes since I learned my lesson getting cheaper/ stylish cases and having my phone damaged within 1-3 shorty drops. Only formal is no built in screen projector or one that fits with my defender pro case.

I've had countless Defenders through the years and they've always done a great job protecting. I've only had this one for a week but, so far, it's living up to OtterBox reputation. I just have to get used to getting the S pen out.

Great for my 11 year old. She has dropped her phone quite a few times since purchasing this case. Man I wouldn't trade this case for ANYTHING. She was also able to bdazzle it with her own personal touch.

I have used Otter Box Defender on all of my smartphones and feel they are truly the best protection you can buy. They also have gotten slimmer, which is good!! Cannot recommend a product more.....go for BETTER, not what LOOKS prettier!!!!!!!
