Old otter case was old and had a loose fit. New one fits tight and stays in holder for ur belt. Think its to expensive, but every thing is now a days.

After spending quite a bit of money on a note 9 I wanted to keep it protected. The edges of the case are built up so the screen doesnt touch any surfaces but makes it a little harder to het to the stylus. I still highly recommend thos case

As the title says, my phone fell off the roof face first while I was working. My phone and my case are in perfect condition. I am so happy with my purchase. I did lose the S Pen :( I wish they had a cover for that for clumsy people like me.

Really the best protection for your phone. PERIOD..... They've always been a bit bulky. I had to make a decision. Do I want a small, more fragile phone or a slightly bigger phone with optimum damage protection.

In my opinion this is the best phone case you can buy I work around heavy equipment and drive trucks I was dropping and breaking a lot of phone Until I started using otter Box phone cases this is my 5th one I won't buy anything else.

Its Outter Box. You cant go wrong with it. I don't trust other phone cases out there because they seem fishy. This case fits Note 9 perfectly and it gives the phone a very nice look. Also it's not as bulky as I thought it would be.

Bought this case to protect the note 9 and it was the best investment ever! My 3 yrs old daughter dropped the phone plenty of times but with the case for protection, the phone is still in perfect condition!

I have used Otter box defender cases on all the phones that my husband and I have owned. They are pricey but worth every penny. I have dropped my phone several times and have had no problems with it. Will continue to only use them.

Otter box always a great product. Too bad they removed the the screen protector from their products. Used their products for years. Someone at OtterBox wasn't making enough money so they now sell a separate screen protector for another 50 bucks.

It is good protection for the phone, already dropped the phone a few times and no damage on it, of course, I have also a screen protector. I use the phone a lot, my only complaint is that the little parts on the holster break earlier than I was expecting. They could make it better for the price.

The case is just like other OtterBox Defender series case. Very heavy duty. The only short coming is the lack of screen protection. I guess they have figured out how to get the shape of the screen integrated into the case design.

I am very hard on my phones. I drop them all the time. I always get an otter because it offers great protection. I've dropped my new phone several times and there's barely even a mark on the case. I definitely recommend it.

I refuse to leave a store with a new phone until an otter box is on it. I am clumsy and these cases pass the test. My phones have survived falls off of scissor lifts with no scratches because of these cases. Haven't had any falls yet with my note9(did I just jinks myself?) but I'm sure it'll live up to the hype.

Hey, it's an otter box, what more needs to be said. For some it may be too big of a case, guess I'm used to it n the protection that it provides. Some things that work, you may have to spend a few more $$ for it.

I always buy this brand and I had an OtterBox Commuter cover & Defender Series on my last phone, Note 5 & 8 , and was impressed with how well it protected the phone, so I decided to go with another OtterBox for the Note 9.

this is the third Otter Box Defender my wife I have purchased (new phone). It is great because dropping the phone while getting out of the car has happened more than once and the phone survives unscathed.

This case is expensive but well worth it. The one knock on it is they should have a flap for the s pen. It falls out very easily and I have lost two of them already and they are not cheap. Other than that excellent case.
