I've heard people say these cases will scratch the sides, but it hasn't happened to me, it doesn't have a screen so I got a screen protector (save your money on knockoff screen protector). These cases are great I've kept getting them as I had a break my cell phone problem, with these cases I've never damaged or broken my screen...I've dropped my phone off ladders, dropped them on concrete, and even the flaps for the charging and headphone ports have been safe and covered...the stylus has been kept safe also...great cases, I liked the design on the pro so that's why I got it versus the regular defender.

Can't change otterbox for nothing else. Everytime I have a new phone I get one. One thing it should be fix is the belt clip, keeps breaking for any reason.

I have protected all my cell phones with Otter Box cases and have never had one damaged. My only complaint is the it will not wirelessly charge in my vehicle. The Defender series cases are to wide to make good contact with the charging platform.

I've owned other Otterboxes for phones I've owned in the past, and because of their durability and excellent protection, I bought my latest for my Samsung S9 Note+. After all, this phone set me back over $1,000, so I was determined to protect it as best as I could from life's ooops. This Otterbox, just like its' predecessors, lives up to the hype. I can't tell you how many times my phone has been dropped or seemingly crushed, and the Otterbox has saved the day. You can virtually do no wrong accidentally to your phone while its wrapped up in an Otterbox!!

Very good quality. Easy to use, can use this in different ways. Price is a little a high. Anybody can use this cover. Otter stands by the quality too.

I bought this otterbox to protect the phone from falls and other accidents. This I believe it will do well. One issue I think I have is when I place it on the wireless charger it does not always charge I think because the box is so thick.

I've always been a big fan of Otterbox cases, but lately they seem to have overlooked an important factor...wireless charging. Below are the conditions when my Note 9 will not charge with this case on: * Vertically in the convertible charger * Sideways while in the vertical charger * Vertically in the Dual Charger (the one that includes the watch charger) It will charge while sitting flat on the convertible charger and sideways on the Dual Charger. Other than the inability to easily charge my phone wirelessly, it's a solid case. I'm going to recommend it, but only because there case is designed to protect the phone, which it is great at doing.

the product is very good and secures your phone completely from crash, it is just little expensive, customers don't use the case with the hook, if they can remove that from the product and make it cheaper will be very good product and price

The otter case is great to hold and covers the phone well. The belt clip is secure and when phone is clipped in the holder provides great protection from bumps.

Easy to use since I have had other Otter Boxes other phones. Wasn't thrilled with edge to edge screen, defender seems to guard nicely. Time will tell.

A very nice and protective case for a Galaxy Note 9. Easy to hold and gives great access for the stylus. Caps cover the ports well with no wireless charging issues.

the OtterBox is a great protective case and also gives a sure grip when holding the phone. It fits perfectly and keeps the phone from minor damage

Fantastic case easy to remove and install. great that the phone doesn't slide out of my hands easily but wish it didn't get caught up in my pocket as much

This is the only case i would / will use. The added bulk is of no concern to me. I've been using otter box for many years on several phones. It seems to be the best choice with the best protection. My previous one failed as, the case engagement with the holster wore out on one side. I give the unit heavy use at times in difficult environments. I think the failure was expected considering the age and use of the case / holster.

Great case for my phone, it offers good protection all around. A little on the expensive side but worth every penny.

Not too bulky great protection got them for my my wife and daughter. Purse protection drop protection.

Good phone protection. Nice meaty rubber construction. Fits nice isn't to bully or awkward. Phone definitely will be well protected with this case.

I originally purchased a different case, but this otter box is better. The only thing with the new one's, is you have to buy a screen protector too.

Otter box has continued to be my "go to" as their cases and holders are built well and take the blows instead of the phone. Always are well fit.

This case is great to protect your phone. The glass screen protector does not work well with this case. The glass protector pops off.
