This case is great to protect your phone. The glass screen protector does not work well with this case. The glass protector pops off.

A great protection for our note 9. I feel confident that this case will protect my note 9 investment. Feels good when gripping the phone. My only concern is finding a screen protector that will fit without lifting.

Product fits my phone very well. Offers great protection. I like the rubberized case. Easy to grip and makes the phone not slide off surfaces.

Great case for a 12 year old with an expensive note 9! I only trust otterbox. The only downfall was that I had to but a screen protector as this defender case does not come with one anymore. The old ones did.

Easy to put on to my phone. Great fit with super tough feel. It feels nice in my hand and sturdy enough to keep my phone from breaking!

I've had other carrying cases that clip onto my belt, and they mostly fail at some point. That's why I chose this one. It seemed like it would protect my phone whenever it would come off my belt. This hasn't happened yet and it's still holding up to all my abuse. It still shows no signs of weakness. I don't plan on drop testing my phone for no reason, but I did fall off my bike while wearing it and there were no issues. It is a bit tough to open, but that means it won't just come apart on its own.

This a great case; great grip and perfect overall protection. Definitely adds size to the device but well worth it for the protection.

Fits perfect on my husbands phone! He was unsure at first due to the size but he actually loves it and the bonus is it has a belt clip

It looked hefty so I thought it'd be too bulky but I love it for protection when throwing my 2nd phone in the suitcase. Love using it for hands-free movie watching on my phone. Easy snap on and off.

This is a great case. Fits nice. Is bot heavy. The case is scratch resistant. Has protected my phone against damage many times.

I used this product since they started making them. My first was for a IPAD. Spending alot of money for an electronic device only made sense to have a quality cover. I would let my grandson use it and not even think twice about it. Now I have several devices and they all have otter boxes on them. I had broken a few belt clip holders over the years. I would send in for a replacement and had no issues. If you like to protect your investment this product does that. I recommend this product. Good luck.

I wont but anyother case. I've bought 7 or 8 for different phones and they always lasted and my phone has alway stayed protected.

Otterbox is the to get case brand if you want to actually protect your phone. And the defender series even more so, though with the galaxy series phones theyve removed the built in screen protectors, so your mileage may vary with its compatibility to the screen protector of your choice. You need to have the screen protector essentially pixel perfect in its placement on your phone or it will get pushed or lifted when you get the phone in the case.

This is best phone case available feel I could drop it from a tall building and my note 9 would be safe .. only downfall is no built in screen protector but best buy matched a price online and did same with the zagg screen protector so when all was said and done I got case and screen protector for regular price of the case... best buy is only place I've bought phone and accessories from for last 10 years and this is why... there customer service is second to none!!!

I always buy Otter Box for my phones, however it does not fully protect the curve edge screen if the phone falls at the wrong angle. Still the best I seem to find despite being over priced.

The case is what you would typically expect from an OtterBox Defender case so you know its going to protect your phone pretty well, however there are 2 issues with this case. The first is that the opening of the case where you can access the S pen is ratherly large and leaves a good part of the phone exposed compared to other cases. The second issue, more of an incovenience, is that if you put a popsocket on the case the flexible part of the housing pulls away from the protective hard part of the case and we had to use double stick tape to prevent this from happening.

I like the way the case is thinner than the other otter box cases I've owned. I do wish the sides were a little more raised to protect the screen, as a slight drop cracked the screen protector. I do recommend a screen protector as the case does not have one built in. The verdict is still out on the wireless charger being able to effectively charge the phone through the case. I do not plan to take the outer case off every day in order to charge the phone. It is still a good case.
