Great product and they stick by it. Makes the phone a little more bulky, but worth it for the protection it offers.

This is a good phone case and if you're prone to drop your phone, I highly recommend this one! I'm not too happy about the price of the case but it's cheaper than phone repair!

I opted to with the blue and tan one instead of the black one because the black ones were sold out but thinking back on it, the tan accent around the phone is very nice and the blue isn't very much different from black so that's great. The belt clicker is a little bit less secure in my opinion because the surface area of the snap in on the phone is smaller than the one for my previous phone, the HTC 10. It hasn't fallen off but I dont trust it 100% but it gets the job done.

I deliver food for a iving and use a Samsung note 9. Not a cheap phone. The Otterbox allows me to go hands free as I am carrying food and drinks to my customers. Sometimes asI am juggling everything, I will drop my phone. Not once has there been any damage to it. This is my second Otterbox. The first one wore out after a couple of years.

The defender is a great case to protect but the only con is it prevents wireless charging. You have to remove the rubber shell and place it on the charger to connect.

The otterbox is the best phone case on the market. I dont like the fact that they now dont come with screen protection. You have ro buy it seperate.Should reduce price some.

I thought the defender series had a built in screen protector, this one didn't. Still a very good case though.

This case is perfect, and it fits perfectly with my glass screen protector. It's great protection for my Note9

Very good case, durable and helped protect from a few drops already. Only downside is no plastic screensaver put into it like other Otterboxes, but still a good case.

Looks great and protects phone very well. Only thing that I didn't care for was the price, a bit expensive.

After dropping my phone for the 7th time, I knew it was time to get serious about phone protection. I researched cases, and chose the Defender Series Pro for my Galaxy Note9. I like the set up, the SPen is easy to get at. I do wish there were more colorful options, but the black looks pretty good. Still getting used to the charger port being covered. I would recommend this Otterbox case. (Rina was an awesome phone person)

I drive truck and I needed a good case to protect my phone. This one does that and more. Best case ever.

I never go without an otterbox. I have never broken a phone since I started using otterbox. I can say that I'm not very into the new screen protector design, but I guess you have to work around the curved screens. The new screen protector collects dust around the infinity edge and I'm not going to replace the protector every time it gets dirty. If they fixed this issue it would be perfect. My other issue is with the selection at the store. I ended up getting a case I didn't really like because there was hardly anything available, but it's a new phone and in the end it's just a case so no big deal.

This is my second phone protected by an Otter Box case. The first one, a Commuter case on my note5, lasted more than 3 years through hard use and barely showed signs of wear. I bought he Defender case for my Note9 and am very happy with the quality! The best part is that Otter Box case's do the job they are intended to do. I am very hard on phones. These case's have saved me a lot of headache over broken phones. Good job Otter Box!

This case is very well built and protects my phone entirely. On the downside its a little bulky, but the protection makes up for it.

The case fits the Note 9 better than the Note 8 case. Highly recommend the case for added protection.
