It will definitely protect my phone for many years but the edges feel a bit rough. I wish they were softer.

This case fits well and seems like it will provide the phone with excellent protection. I also like the non-slip exterior surface which helps to keep the phone from sliding around when I lay it down on the dashboard or car interior. This case also has a wider opening for access to the charging port than the Otterbox Defender that I had on my Galaxy S8. This is good because I previously couldn't use some of my heavier duty charging cables. The only drawback is that the outer cover constantly slips off where the buttons are on the right side. I can easily push it right back into place but happens almost every time I put it in my jeans pocket. It doesn't happen as much with other pants.

Excellent case for those that need "heavy-duty" protection. Or in other words, if you drop your phone a lot you will probably need this phone case. HOWEVER..... The belt clip could use some modifications. It can be frustrating and somewhat of a hassle. Also on my previous phone I had the same case and the belt clip broke within the first two months, but the rest of the case was still effective for me until I replace my phone after 2 years of use.

Outstanding protection, very nice feel and heft in the hand, and the buttons are in the right places and work as though there were no case installed. Price is high, but the protection is worth it. The clasp on the top makes it a bit awkward to use sometimes, especially under a coat and the user needs to be careful to assure that the clasp is fully engaged.

Great protection. Wish there were options with colors, but a good buy. Installing it is kind of difficult because the case comes a part to actually set your phone inside of the skin. Black is the only color available. Otter box is the best option considering the screen protector sucks.

I have been a fan of Outterbox defender for a long time. Its been my choice for years as this case has protected my phones completely thru the years. I just purchased a Samsung s a20 and immediately put the defender pro on the phone. Great fit. No worries regarding any drops and falls

The Otter Box for my S5 was amazing. 4 years no phone breakage but this one doesn't curl up past the sides and has no screen protector. We will see if it is as good. Belt clip works well.

Good quality case. Would be better with a screen protector. Old-style was better with a screen protector but over all the quality is one of the best out there.

Kind of heavy and bulky but good protection. Wanted something with the belt clip and always have used otterbox phone covers. Overall fits the need.

Chunky cases , too expensive after all these years. It's molded plastic .. but I highly doubt you'll ever break a phone in it .

It is pretty easy to put on. Nice rubberized grip with reinforced corners. Would have been a 5 if it had a screen protector.

Protects the phone very well. Would love to see it a little less bulky but it does the job well.

Same Otterbox quality as the Defender model that was used on my S7 model - but,, This case is thinner / not as thick as the S7 version = so it feels a little different. This case does NOT have a built in screen protector like the S7 model = so, time will tell. I may add a screen protector. Since the S20+ has a large front camera area - a sliding cover would be nice to protect it - but time will tell..

It is a bit pricy but worth the cost. Have purchased it for previous phones and good protection

I have always used Otter box cases for my Samsung 4, 7 and now the 20+. They protect well, but I have to say that this one seems more streamlined....and not as protective. Plus there is not a lip all the way around the perimeter. I know that is because of the edge curve, but I would rather have it protected all the way around and not be able to use the edge feature on the phone.

This case is durable and effectively protects my Samsung Galaxy S20. It unfortunately however comes with no protection for the screen which makes it more comparable to an earlier model Commuter series otterbox. The case does not appear to interfere with sound quality which is a plus, and it is still slim enough to allow your phone to fit comfortably in your pocket.

Rock solid quality, fits great, not bulky, highly recommend.

This has been a decent phone case so far. I absolutely LOVE the color and the texture of it. It's nice to have the texturing sides to help with grip. The rubber flap in the end that cover your charging port are still intact at this point but I am a little concerned about them for the future. I really like this phone case.
