This is truly a great case, and I have had Otterbox cases for all of my phones; they have been my "go-to" brand for phone cases. Yet, recently I wanted to use a Popsocket for my phone, as I became used to them... and with this phone, a Popsocket isn't really doable...since the back has a detachable rubber back, it gets lose off the back.

Always prfessional and curtious on every visit. I visit this location alot checking out what deals are there and im neverdisappionted with the prices and products that are there.

I would had been satisfied but this case didn't fit my phone unfortunately when I looked up my phone to see what cases they had available this case popped up so I purchased it. To my dismay it was wrong fit

and (thankfully) less bulky than previous Otter Box models.

It does what it's meant to do. Protect the Phone .

The case is not up to the standards I expect for the defender series. No built in screen protector, to allow for touch id, seems like a wasted opertunity. OtterBox was able make a screen protector work with the iPhone 7 so they should have been able to figure something out for this Samsung. My phone does not feel secure in this case. It making creaking noises often and will actually slide over the curved glass often almost falling off. Overall this is not what I expect from a case manufacturer that I have bought from every time I get a new phone for the past 5 years or so. I will give OtterBox this much, it doesn't seem like any case manufacturer knows how to protect this phone fully for 60$.

Amazing case. I work construction and my phone is always being dropped and slammed into crap. This case have definitely saved me from buying a new phone.

Incredibly durable case. It took me a while to even open it to put my phone inside. I'm impressed. Is still new to me, but I have no doubt I will be pleased with it a year from now.

Its a pretty good case. However it is missing the rear camera and screen protection. You have to buy those protectors separately from another vendor. So is it really a case or a cover.. More phone cover than case to me.

I used for work, this case really makes a difference among the other ones I own, I work in the kitchen and inneedd a heavy duty case with a flap on the charger port and a holster.

I would have given 5 stars but I had to go to Verizon to get a new sim card to activate the phone. I think that was because I was going from 4G to 5G. It wasn't the end of the world and getting it on sale for 50% off is what truly made me finally pull the trigger.

It holds up really well and can protect from a good drop. Also, works perfectly with wireless charging. I could care less about the clip on carrier. I just threw that out.

Have had really good luck with the Defender Series Otter Boxes on all of our Maintenance Phones. Very sturdy and reliable.

no bubbles on my screen protector when installed so already better than my last case. Was glad they finally had the defender in another color than black

Sturdy shock-resistant casing for your S20. I can't count how many times I've dropped my S20 and held my breath as I picked it up expecting it to have broken...And to my surprise every time the otterbox has held its promise and kept the phone safe.

This case wasn't available at the at&t store and best buy had ready for me in 3 Days.

The case is great, serves its purpose. However, the color selection was dark blue/gray or black. Dull and duller, and hard to find in my pocketbook.

Solid case. Also..doesnt feel big and heavy like my previous case. Has a texture that makes it easy to hold too.

New phone needed a new case. This case is a bit big but really does the trick. It is very solid and has full access to all buttons.
