Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So I'm the type of person who puts their phone through the wringer drops, tosses in my bag, you name it, that's why I'm a diehard OtterBox Defender fan, and this one for my S20 was no different! What I loved: it's seriously tough with multiple layers of protection, the grippy edges helped me avoid drops, the port covers keep out dust and grime, and the raised edges protected the screen and camera lenses. Sure, it added a bit of bulk to my phone and isn't the most stylish, but that's a small price to pay for the peace of mind it gives me.I think if you're looking for serious phone protection, the Defender Pro is the way to go. It's a 4 out of 5 stars from me, and I'd definitely recommend it to a friend, especially if they're as clumsy as I am!

It was kinda small. So I had to take it back to best buy in Farmington to get another one it was a different kind but its ok, I'm satisfied with this one.a title

Keep in mind, Samsung released a few different Galaxy S20 devices, so if you're not using the standard Galaxy S20, then this case will not fit. The whole phone is shattered. First the back and just recently the screen. He was rough on the phone and this case was not enough.

In order to ensure that the more curved edges of that screen were still useable with the case, we did have to leave those more open than we have with other case designs. Having said that, the raised edges around the top and bottom of the screen are designed to help add an extra level of protection to your screen in the event of a drop. Rest assured, our tests have shown that this case provides the same level of drop protection as past Defender Series cases! Despite Best Buy suggesting this as a case for the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G, it DOES NOT fit the Samsung Galaxy S 20 FE 5G. I had to return the case and ended up ordering a case from someone else, partly because I found the Best Buy website to be very poor in recognizing the differences between the accessories they are selling, and what phones they go with.

We're sorry to hear about the confusion prior to purchase, but it is correct that the Galaxy S20 FE 5G has its own, very specific form factor so an OtterBox for the standard S20, the S20 Ultra, or the S20+ won't work with it. Not sure what case you landed on, but unfortunately, we don't make our Defender Series for the S20 FE 5G, though you can stick with OtterBox by way of our Symmetry Series if that's something you'd be interested in going forward.

Hard to find but unfortunately had to switch brands.
