This was my second attempt to get a case. I'm frustrated and I guess I will have to stick with the case I have. Shoot!

Not sure what wires got crossed with your recent purchase, but if it is in fact a device/case mismatch that's the root of the trouble, Best Buy should be able to make quick work of a fix!

Doesn't fit my phone

Well it doesn't and the one that does Best Buy doesn't have it in stock so I had to order it directly from Otter Box.

Those devices have distinct dimensions and form factors, so we make different cases for each model.
