We actually designed that shield stand to be used in a way that you can place your iPad in a variety of different positions for handsfree use.     Buttons don’t line up properly on all models making it to where my 3rd Gen. power and volume buttons were inoperable. Only buy this product if you have a 4th Gen.

    Very hard to snap the cover off. The cover turns into a stand, but there is only one angle and the iPad is not secure when on the stand. Would like it better if it was one piece, easier to open, and had more angles for the stand.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts on this case with us though. We designed that shield stand to work as a hands-free stand and screen cover and you'll be able to situate your device in that piece in a variety of positions. As far as removing the case goes, you can begin to disassemble the case by peeling back the outer slipcover and then separating the hard inner shell into two pieces. We'll provide a link to one of our installation videos for you below that will walk you through that assembly process, as well as give you some visuals on using the case stand in those different angles.     Did not fit the iPad that I had bought, which was a generation 10. Sales person said that it would save us to say had to return it.

      Not sure what wires got crossed with your recent purchase of the Defender Series Pro case, but this specific model is only for use with the iPad Pro 11" rather than the iPad (10th Gen) you're looking to cover. We do make our standard Defender Series case for your device, as well as our Symmetry Series Folio and Symmetry Series Elite cases, so those would be the ones to key in on going forward.

    Wayyyyy too hard to operate. If you never want to get the iPad out in any reasonable amount of time then this product is just for you.

      You're not wrong to expect the Defender Series Pro case to be in it to win it for the long haul, and we're sorry that yours has fallen on hard times after just two weeks on the job.
