Great case. Unfortunately I cracked my case stand today. yet warranty will get it repaired/replaced tomorrow so I highly recommend for impact safety for your iPads.

Excellent protection for device. Only downside is being enclosed the sound don’t sound as good. Air buds needed if you want great sound.

I have used OtterBox products for years now, and have liked all of them. The quality of the materials felt less sturdy than previous products. While I consider myself pretty handy with these devices, I admittedly couldn't even remove the top piece to get the iPad in. There were no instructions, I didn't find it intuitive, and was afraid to break it trying to figure it out myself. That led me to look up YouTube videos of how to do it, and reached frustration point #2. Their versions of the same product had a screen and didn't look like the version I had, which made me wonder if I had missing pieces. The packaging was sealed so I didn't think so, but theirs referenced a screen cover as well as a rubberized outside, and I had neither. Ultimately, it wasn't worth pursuing, because the 3rd and breaker for me was the fact that this is a 2-piece protective front and back cover, so it's covered on both sides, but lack any kind of stand functionality. You just snap off the cover and then use it with no easel-type functionality. Had I known this, I wouldn't have bought it, but since it was sealed, I couldn't open it to inspect. All in all, I found it pricey, didn't meet my needs, and wasn't the same quality as previous OtterBox products, so my experience wasn't great. I could see this for someone who worked outdoors and needed rugged protection as a sacrifice for convenience, but this one wasn't a fit for me. I still like OtterBox and would buy other products, just not this one.

This is a very good OtterBox case! It will protect your iPad Pro with familiar OtterBox features. The cover is a nice feature because there is a kickstand inside the cover that you can use to prop up the iPad in two different positions one is more upright than the other. The more upright review is for movies and or if you want to connect an external keyboard or other devices to your iPad. The more flat view is if you wish to type directly on the iPad and have the angle be in a better position.

I had a choice to choose several Ipad cases. I chose this one because the material is like a hard shell. My 10 year old daughter has dropped her Ipad so many times and she has no damage.

Pretty good experience with it. Very thick like I wanted. Very happy with the port protection. The only thing I did not like was the kickstand broke after about a year. I would recommend this item only with the caveat that beware of the kickstand.

Works great. Use it for keeping my i pad safe at work. Laying it on concrete floors and on a construction cart. Withstanding drops and dust

I have not had any issues with this product I am very happy with it.

This just cost too much bc the otter box name but seriously it’s good. U get this and the kids can’t break it. The Logitech one is good too but my savage kids would kiss that goodbye in a week bet money

A little bulky. But it does the job. Takes away the anx as far as afraid of drops

Great buy. First time I have gotten a case like this for my Apple tablet that has worked and held up. Definitely worth the money.

The cost is high (caught mine on sale), but having the extra protection is worth it

Bulky, yes, but my iPad is protected and that’s what this thing is all about, no? Could have been 5 stars but figuring out how to put it on was difficult and not intuitive at all.

Does it’s job at protecting my iPad, only concern is the side where you open latch to remove or put in your iPad is fairly weak and a concern from potential breaks

This product was designed to hold up cause we bought this product in it never disappoints us

Case is great quality but it was difficult for me to figure out how to put the case on my iPad. I would recommend it, just be sure to watch a video on how to put it on your iPad.
