The box has great grip and seems to protect the phone very well. Just wish it had screen protection so you don’t have to buy a separate one.

I find the smart phones to be too fragile for my liking and at the price of them I figured it would be a good thing to get something to protect my investment. After reading some online reviews I decided to go with the OtterBox Defender. I am glad I did because it is a well built product the provides the much needed protection to my iphone 12.

Solid case, keeps the phone safe. A little bulky but expected.

Overall this cover has been good as it's protected my phone. However, I am surprised that over the year the rubber covering as stopped fitting as snuggly as it has and the port cover is breaking away with regular use.

I’ve been an outter box case man w the clip since day one. I’ve never cracked a screen and I’ve dropped previous phones in construction sites, out of my truck etc. I hated The plastic they put on the front of the previous models but this one does not have that and it’s so well made. 5 stars. Def recommend getting this case.

I've used Otterbox cases for years. I have never had a damaged phone, despite multiple drops. The case for the iPhone 12 disappoints me compared to others. It did not include a protective cover for the screen - I had to buy one separately. Also, it does not feel as secure when clipped into the holster. Black was the only color choice - I was used to many more options from Otterbox.

This is a great phone protector. I really wish they would have continued with the build in screen protector, but still a great case.

Great protection for iPhone 12. I really like the belt clip, can wear it through all seasons and have it readily available to use. I’ve always had good experience with OtterBox phone protection and feel it’s worth the cost.

I have been pleased with the Otter Box case and belt clip. I have been using their products for years and they have always kept my phones safe from damage.

This is my second Otter Box for the IPhone 12 Pro. This seems to have been updated compared to the one I bought a year or so ago. There was nothing really wrong with my old one except the rubber was wearing and fitting loose around the camera corner.

I like this slim down version of the Defender. I have used their Defender cases for years but wished they could find a way to vut down on the bulk and the have with this model. Still a bit bulky in the pocket but no where near as bad as before. You're going to have a tough time breaking your phone in this case, which is exactly why I buy them. If I have a gripe it's that I really have to dig deep to get to the mute switch. Other than that is a very good case and when you can get it on sale, it's a no brainer.

Great case as all the otter box defender series are, just wish it was a little bit bulkier (peace of mind knowing it’s super safe!)

Is there any other way to carry your phone on your belt and protect the value of your most hated monthly bill. No!!! Who needs one of those expensive insurance plans? Otter box has been my insurance plan for 10 years now and I have never broke a phone even after thousands of drops not a scratch. So year get a otterbox yo!!

Whenever I buy a new phone I always buy an otter box. Its great protection for my investment in a phone. I think their quality has went down though as usually a year to 14 months in I have to replace it to keep the drop strength

Great product, durable. I’ve owned 4 iPhones, for each phone I’ve always purchased the otter box for protection of my devices. This product helps retain the value of the phone. When trading in my phones I always receive to highest trade-in value because the phone in good condition due to the protection of the otterbox
