I want to switching the shower for the other box that has a MagSafe I fell because I felt like this defender pro did not have the max safe and I will be lacking use of the mag safe features later on.

I had a Platinum on my old phone that was good. This Otterbox Defender is sturdy feels good in the hand. It has one big problem NO wireless charging. I tried 3 different chargers nope. How is that possible?

Its the usual expected tough case that doesn't disappoint. This year the seemed to have slimmed it down more which is a huge plus. Easily able to hold and use with one hand still even with the case.

My phone sometimes falls and I know that is protected. I have not any phone cracked because of these boxes I got the best price at Best Buy. The deliver was free and fast. I love Best Buy services and value

Why on earth they went to the screen less model is beside me. Terrible idea. The screen covers don’t fit perfectly so you’re stuck with an air bubble now using this case. Otherwise it’s just as good as before but now with a major designer flaw. Go back to what you did before. Not this new design.

The Braintree Best Buy is my favorite store and I share my time between NJ snd the south shore. It does not matter what department you deal with the Braintree staff are always courteous snd outstanding!

It really protects my phone and makes it feel a lot more durable. The only downside is that you have to open a small flap to plug in your charger, but that's only when you need to charge it and it's worth it for the protection.

The next day I dropped a 4 cup glass measuring cup from the top shelf of the kitchen cupboard that landed on the screen and side of the otter box. The screen saver shattered and the otter box has a mark on the spot where the cup landed but, my phone is fine!! Because I had Best Buy put the screen saver on my phone this past summer they replaced it for free. What could have been a disaster was just a minor inconvience.

The texture on this case is way better too as my old one had that rubbery feel to it. This one just looks & feels clean.
