I like that the holster doubles as a stand. Slimmer design than previous Otterbox cases that I have had in the past. Love it. I highly recommend it. The only reason it doesn’t get a five star review is that it doesn’t work with the Apple MagSafe charger.

Our only issue is that the “mag safe” charger does not work through this particular cover as advertised but considering the protection aspect, it’s well worth simply using the original thunderbolt/AC charger as we did with all previous phones.

Although recent internal testing has confirmed that the Defender Series for iPhone 12 & iPhone 12 Pro is compatible with Qi wireless technology, unfortunately, it does not support MagSafe functionality (including the MagSafe wireless charger).
Not sure if that’s the device you were trying to charge with or not, and unfortunately, we aren't able to test for use with all of the various third-party accessories these days, however, if you're in need of a platform, feel free to check out our very own OtterSpot Wireless Charging System over on our official website, as the case will definitely work with that!

I've dropped my phones several times on concrete from standing height and none of my phones ever sustained any damages. Whenever it was time to trade in my phone, they look like new when removed from the case. This case is not nearly as bulky as older versions of the Defender case and I expect it to be equally as good.
