After figuring out that after unpacking, it wasn't too hard to insert phone into case.

Otter Defender

This Defender does not come with a protective plastic shield for the face of the phone. Not a big deal, I don't think. My only complaint is that it is very difficult to open the hard plastic shell. I find it frustrating to try and get the phone out of the case. Also the plastic / rubber buttons on the side sometimes require a bit more pushing to get the operation to work. But the reason for buying this case is for the protection it provides for the phone, and the case is very good at that.

I do miss the heavier clear plastic screen cover they use to have on them. Better for less fingerprints & double protection. :(( So gonna be honest .. a little disappointed .
