When I purchased my phone from another employee, after 2 1/2 hours he sent me home. My apps had only half transferred. I felt like he just wanted to get rid of me. He told me to go to verizon if it didn’t work. After visiting Verizon, they sent me back to BB. Jordan McElroy went above and beyond getting it going. He finally had to wipe it clean and start over. He was very pleasant and helpful and explained everything to me. I am enjoying my new phone. He deserves a raise!!

The only drawback is that because it is so thick putting it on a cordless charger, you have to take the outer layer off.
