If you have never owned a case like this, you need to know it comes apart to put the case on. There are no instructions. It's nice that there are covers for the silent switch on the side and the lightning port, but they're also a little annoying.

She always drops her phone so she needs a heavy duty case and this one does the trick. We always buy her Otterbox cases cause they are the best.

Although an integrated plastic screen protector was a longstanding feature of our Defender Series, we actually moved away from that back in 2017 with the release of the iPhone X in response to consumer interest in either direct access to their device display or a preference for glass screen protectors.

It's very curious about the packaging stating anything to the contrary because the Defender Pro Series wasn't actually engineered for use with Apple's MagSafe accessories. We'd love to have a look at that, so perhaps you'd be able to reach out with a photo over on otterbox.com.

They refused to add it to the order and charge it to his account and then they left. A week later the guys come in(different crew) and it again was not on the order, but he added it. And they took out the old one and brought in the new one. My landlord did pay ahead to have the door handles replaced to the other side of both doors. But this crew did not bring the tools required to do this part of the job. So now I will have to take off work again to schedule the crew to come back again to change the door handles over to the side I need them to be. It shouldn’t take 3 times to get this right

It seems to be half of what it was for the same price. Don’t think it will protect the phone that well. I have been using Otter box defenders on all my phones for many many years. I think this will be the last. Not worth the money.
