    I purchased this phone case and I’m totally disappointed with the quality of this product. I dropped my cellphone once and the case broke from the edges and I only dropped once. So please don’t waste your money buying this product even though it’s an otter box this product lacks quality and durability.

    Just bought this item and already the clip’s edge has broken off, it appears the Otter box is making cheaper products but yet charging a higher mark up. I will be returning this item to find a better product. Zero stars for Otter Box

    Good drop coverage - bad plastics

    I usually have my Otterbox for the life of the phone but this one is already broken. The top of the plastic cover snapped in two places. I went to remove the cover one night to change as we have wireless charging and it was broken in 2 places.

    Not happy! Two phones reside in 30 ft of water because the phone to easily detached from the belt clip. Absolute trash!

    Does not protect camera lens!!!

    Been using defender for my previous 2 phones but this one did not protect my phone. No camera lens protection. Phone fell from lap while sitting and the floor and camera lens broke even with tempered glass protector.

    Awful Attitude towards an elderly customer.

    I had finally talked my elderly mother into a new phone. I took her to Best Buy as I have always had wonderful care. From phones to TVs. This time, I can’t say that. The gentleman, was in a hurry, no patience at all. Got upset with her when she couldn’t remember her passwords. He was just all around nasty attitude. The bad thing is we won’t be back to buy her TV. I’m sure you don’t care but you have lost my business. Apple IS NOT to blame. Phone is what I expected! Your employee, needs a lesson in dealing with all types of customers. Not just young beautiful things!

    I bought the OtterBox to protect my phone. The frame broke in less than a month, so I'm returning it for a refund. Not impressed at all...

    Case is protective but very thick and bulky. Makes charging with a wire difficult and charging on a pad almost impossible.

While that case is compatible with Qi charging, we do suggest removing the PopTop to improve charging functionality. Additionally, we recommend OtterBox Power accessories for best wireless charging experience, though there are plenty of non-OtterBox charging pads that perform well with our cases.     Poor Quality and Customer Service. Warranty = Lie

    We paid full price for this case. Frankly it’s way too much, $60, for a phone case. At that price I expect either great materials or great customer service and warranty program if not frankly both. I got neither. The case developed a crack without being dropped. When we submitted a warranty claim it was promptly denied and they hid behind COVID-19 to not have live service. I’ve had otterbox before they were much better. The material is significantly worse than it was even for the iPhone 11. If you want to waste your money go ahead and buy this junk. Otherwise I would get one of the other much cheaper cases and put the rest of the money into storage upgrade on the phone or something else. Stay far away, it’s not durable anymore, there are better cases, they don’t have good customer service or honor the warranty. On our iPhone 12 Pro Max case the rubber outside was even too big for the plastic case so it slides around. So that’s 2 out of 2 failures and $120 on cases. Really disappointed.
