As for the wireless charging, that case is compatible with Qi charging, though some chargers will perform better than others, so a different charging base may work better for you. Additionally, we recommend OtterBox Power accessories for the best wireless charging experience.

That being said, our tests have shown that this case provides the same level of drop protection as past Defender Series cases.
