Otterbox defender review for iPhone 12 pro max

I looked and it said wireless charging compatible when I bought it but I can’t get it to work. Since this was one of the big features to use on the upgrade I feel like it’s just as bad as making the case cover up one of the four cameras. However it’s durable and if your more concerned about having an overly protective case and don’t plan on using wireless charging or mag safe accessories it’s fine.

We're sorry to hear that you're not loving your Defender Series Pro case! While that case is compatible with Qi charging pads, it is not designed for optimal functionality with MagSafe accessories. Keep in mind, this case will perform best with OtterBox branded wireless chargers. That being said, we have a sizeable lineup of OtterBox cases that we designed specifically to interact with Apple's MagSafe ecosystem and that have been through our full gauntlet of tests to ensure they will still offer the protection OtterBox is known for.
